2. Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour refund policy from the time of your first payment. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within this window, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@blockbuddy.host.

3. Uptime Guarantee

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime on all nodes. If your server experiences uptime below 99% within any calendar month, you are eligible to receive account credit equal to 10x the value of the lost time. Please contact support for eligibility review and compensation.

4. Prohibited Usage

You may not use our services for illegal activities, DDoS attacks, malware distribution, or any behavior that violates Minecraft’s End User License Agreement or Mojang’s community guidelines.
